This Privacy Policy explains how I WANT PET FOODS LTD(“we”, “us”, “I Want Pet”) handles personal data when you use our wishlist studio at iwantpet.shop. We are the data controller for the information described here.

1. Information we collect

• Wishlist inputs. The pet name, pet type, occasion, budget band and home need you enter to generate a board. These are processed to produce your accessory suggestions.
• Account & contact details. If you contact us or create an account, your name and email address.
• Technical data. Basic device and usage information (such as browser type and pages viewed) collected to keep the service secure and working.

We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for any health information about you or your pet.

2. How we use your data

• To generate and display your accessory wishlist boards.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.
• To operate, secure and improve the studio.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running the service, and your consent where required.

3. Payments

Checkout is not yet enabled — our payment provider integration is pending — so we currently do not collect or store any card or payment details. When checkout goes live, card processing will be handled by a regulated payment provider and this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the studio (such as hosting and email delivery), and where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email support@iwantpet.shop. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to run the site and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
