These Terms govern your use of the I Want Pet wishlist studio at iwantpet.shop, operated by I WANT PET FOODS LTD (company number 07971290). By using the studio you agree to these Terms.

1. What the studio is

I Want Pet is a digital tool that helps you build wishlist boards of ordinary pet accessories and home goods, sorted into Wish, Need, Gift and Restock columns. It is a planning aid only.

2. What the studio is not

• It does not sell, supply or recommend pet food.
• It does not provide nutrition, dietary, veterinary, medical, treatment or health advice, and outputs must not be relied on as such.
• It does not guarantee that any accessory is suitable for a specific animal; you remain responsible for choosing appropriate items.

3. Accounts and credits

Building and previewing boards is free. Saving, exporting and sharing may require credits or a subscription as described on our pricing page. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

4. Payments

Checkout is currently payment provider pending. No payment is collected and no card details are requested until checkout is enabled. Prices shown are indicative. When paid features go live, the applicable charges, billing terms and cancellation rights will be presented before you commit to any purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the studio, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these Terms are breached.

6. Intellectual property

The studio, its content and its branding are owned by I WANT PET FOODS LTD. Boards you generate are yours to use for your own personal planning.

7. Liability

The studio is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the studio. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
