Refund, Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy explains how refunds, shipping and returns will work for purchases from I WANT PET FOODS LTD. Because checkout is currently payment provider pending, no payment is taken yet; the terms below apply from the moment paid checkout is enabled.

1. Digital credits and subscriptions

• 14-day cooling-off. Under UK consumer law you may cancel a credit pack or subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not used the associated saved-board features.
• Used credits. Once a credit has been spent to save or export a board, that credit is non-refundable.
• Subscriptions. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

2. Accessory orders

Where physical pet accessories are offered for sale through the studio, the following will apply once checkout is live:

• Shipping. Orders are dispatched to UK addresses. Estimated delivery times and any carriage charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm.
• Returns. You may return unused accessories in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Faulty items. If an accessory arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• Return postage. For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage; for faulty or incorrect items we cover it.

3. How to request a refund or return

Email support@iwantpet.shop with your order reference and reason. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to process approved refunds within 14 days to your original payment method.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
